Welcome to DoChat! These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using DoChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

DoChat is an application that allows you to connect and configure an AI chat assistant for your website. When subscribing, you receive a set number of tokens that are consumed with each chatbot-generated message.

2. User Accounts

To use our services, you must provide accurate information, including your name, email, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Tokens are provided upon subscription and are required for chatbot interactions.

Unused tokens do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

5. User Responsibilities

You must use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access to DoChat is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

DoChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts.
